This is a top-secret handbook for “Your
Eyes Only” that is to be distributed to a select number of cadres in our secret Fraternal Order of Compassionate Conservatives
(FOCC). All FOCC’ers possessing a copy of this book should keep it
in a secure place where no one, not even members of your family, can obtain access to it.
The handbook deals with a great amount
of FOCC propaganda and strategy techniques; as well it looks at how we handle many of the pesky problems that confront us
as a result of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights still being in effect.
Every CEO of every large Republican bank or corporation has a copy of this book. All top government officers in the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency,
Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Federal Reserve have a copy. A copy went to the leadership of Skull and Bones fraternity at Yale University. As well, the CEOs of all conservative radio and TV talk show programs and their parent companies have a
copy.
A special effort has been made to prevent any Democrat, Libertarian, or Independent from
obtaining copies of this book. Even in the indoctrination of our new members
of FOCC, we only introduce small parts of the book to them in closed, confidential seminars at our local meeting rooms in
the basements of our Catholic, Fundamentalist Protestant, and Evangelical churches.

It is my singular pleasure to write
the Foreword to this book. In the worlds of friendly fascism, compassionate conservatism,
and trickle-down economics this book brings all fascists into a new perspective as to our forms of corporatism. This manual helps you understand that Sean, myself, and others at the BadgerNews Cable TV Network operate
on a higher plane of fascism; Sean has written it on a plane of political genius the public had previously regarded as only
mythic.
I now state proudly that following the wonderful work done during the 2000-2008 terms of George W.
Bush and Dick Cheney, we are (minus one minor setback during the Presidential Election of 2008) well on our way to a friendly
fascist statehood. Both Sean and I were instrumental at every opportunity presented
to us to help these two great Americans perfect our drives for a friendly fascist America.
Woodrow
Wilson was the American fascist President who gave us our first archetypal level of friendly fascism; Richard Nixon gave us
the second level in his visionary work (prior to his impeachment and withdrawal from office for felony burglary); Ronald Reagan
gave us the third in demonstrating his ability to take credit for the resolution of every international crisis regardless
of the true sources of resolution; and, the fourth and last archetypal level is found in the works of the great Fascist Oligarch
George H. W. Bush, his Skull and Bones fraternity at Yale, and his friends in The New World Order. His son George W. Bush and Dick Cheney have continued his work with their New Bush-Cheney Doctrine. Liberal critics have called the new doctrine a "scary" piece of Bush imperialistic
policy. We friendly fascists in FOCC call it an eloquent statement of what a
new fascist statehood is all about in America.
In
the tradition of Mein Kampf (My Struggle), Vol. 1 & 2 (1925-1926), the beautifully written manual of fascist thought written by Reich
Führer Adolph Hitler, Sean gives us his very personal thoughts and observations as to how compassionate conservatives
can help build our new friendly fascist statehood in America ― and the world.
I predict that Sean's guidelines and
directives will become our chief tools as to means of our criticizing the left. As
well, this book will be the means by which we Fellowship of Compassionate Conservatives will defend the arguments and theses
we publicly air on radio and television talk shows such as The "Victory Now" Zone of which I am the host. Furthermore, the ingenious manner in which Sean addresses the strengths of our movement under the Big Tent
of the Republican Party cannot be denied as to our creating growth in our fascist corporatism.

Duce, Benito Mussolini, in his wonderful article “What Is Fascism” (1932 Enciclopedia
Italiana), gave us the clear revelation that we must be both heroic and
holy. In that regards, Sean has truly
maintained his heroic and holy character ever since he came to BadgerNews. You
see that character reflected in this book, which is clearly a a New York City masterpiece.
I hope all of the cadres in FOCC, the Republican Party, our leaders in the state and federal governments, and our loyal
fascist corporations enjoy it.
